Emergency safety screen
The Concierge must divert serious deterioration and recognisable public emergency patterns away from routine service matching.
Limit: This is a deliberately short public safety screen. It cannot rule out an emergency or replace clinical triage.
Multi-domain older-person assessment
Older-person care navigation should consider multiple functional domains and coordinate care rather than assume one isolated problem.
Limit: The selected concerns are self-reported navigation inputs, not a comprehensive assessment or diagnosis.
Falls and balance matching
Falls, near-falls, unsteadiness and reduced balance confidence support a falls-risk assessment pathway.
Limit: A digital recommendation cannot determine the causes of a fall or the safest treatment plan.
Dizziness and vestibular matching
Movement-triggered or positional spinning can justify vestibular assessment as a starting pathway, with diagnosis-specific treatment only after assessment.
Limit: Vestibular care is not inferred from pain, weakness or generic balance concerns without an explicit dizziness or spinning symptom.
Rehabilitation and functional decline matching
Recovery after illness, surgery or hospitalisation and multi-domain functional decline can require coordinated rehabilitation.
Limit: The Concierge cannot determine rehabilitation intensity, discipline mix or medical readiness.
Pain, movement and soft-tissue matching
Pain and movement restriction can support physiotherapy assessment; selected soft-tissue presentations may also be navigated to remedial massage.
Limit: Evidence for massage is condition-specific and does not justify claims of cure, superiority or suitability for every pain presentation.
Nursing pathway matching
Wound, medication, monitoring, continence, catheter, stoma and changing-care concerns should route to an assessment-led nursing pathway within scope.
Limit: The Concierge does not authorise a nursing intervention, medication action or device procedure.
Digital access
Digital support can assist information, navigation and coordination when it is an appropriate access channel.
Limit: Selecting digital care does not make remote delivery clinically suitable or available.

The Concierge can align reported needs with Clinics GRP physiotherapy, home physiotherapy, rehabilitation, post-hospital care, balance and falls, vestibular care, therapeutic exercise, older-person nursing, remedial massage, healthy ageing and digital support pathways.
Does the Care Concierge diagnose my condition?
No. It is a service-alignment guide, not a diagnostic or emergency tool. It uses the concerns you select to identify a possible starting service, and Clinics GRP intake must still confirm clinical suitability and any required escalation.
Can the Care Concierge suggest more than one service?
Yes. It provides one recommended starting pathway and may identify up to three supporting services that could work together. Intake confirms whether one service or coordinated care is appropriate.
Where can Clinics GRP services be provided?
Depending on the service, clinical suitability and availability, care may occur at Clinics GRP clinics in Coorparoo, Yeronga or Taigum, at home across current Brisbane and Moreton Bay coverage areas, in community or supported-care settings, or through digital guidance.
