Scheduling
Appointment scheduling guidelines
These guidelines explain how Clinics GRP approaches appointment preferences, scheduling consistency, clinician allocation, and rescheduling.
- 1Clinics GRP will try to meet preferred appointment days and times wherever practical, but clinician geography, service area, and operational scheduling affect what can be offered.
- 2Requests for a specific clinician may require flexibility on day or time, especially for home-based appointments.
- 3Where a particular clinician is requested outside their normal regional schedule, additional travel or access charges may apply if that arrangement is offered.
- 4Unexpected conditions such as traffic, weather, emergencies, or clinical changes may require schedule adjustments.
- 5Clients should notify Clinics GRP promptly if a scheduling conflict arises.
- 6Cancellations and rescheduling remain subject to the cancellation policy.
- 7If a genuine emergency occurs, Clinics GRP should be contacted as soon as possible so care can be rescheduled with minimal disruption.
