Brisbane home-visit coverage
Not every older adult can or should travel into clinic. Home-based care is part of the model where it makes better clinical and practical sense.
Brisbane metro. Home visits currently cover Brisbane service regions and can include physiotherapy, remedial massage, rehabilitation, falls support, and nursing pathways depending on intake triage and clinician fit.

Out-of-area requests can still be assessed case by case, but the current public positioning is Brisbane-only rather than Brisbane plus Moreton Bay.
